Thaddaeus Washington


Thaddaeus drives the strategic vision and growth for TouchDown, evangelizing the promise of creating brands that score. As CEO he brings a unique blend of business acumen, technology prowess and high-level commitment to client relationships. Every day he works hard to ensure the agency delivers exceptional brand experiences (the work), exceptional client experiences and exceptional employee experiences. An accomplished musician (guitar), studied Music Performance at the Bowling Green State University. Thaddaeus now has 6 years experience in advertising and branding, including work for Tim Hortons and MetroPCS.

Darrell Sheares, Jr.


Darrell oversees design and branding across all client engagements. His day-to-day involves collaboratively working with business leaders to evolve their brand experiences, interactive marketing strategy and products through key insights, strategy, design, and technology. He started graphic designing while in high school freelancing for a variety of small clients. Prior to co-founding TouchDown, Darrell studied Advertising and Graphic Design at Columbus College of Art & Design (CCAD). Since the start of TouchDown he has worked on successful projects for MetroPCS, Tim Hortons, and more.
